How do free sessions work?
Every account gets a limited number of free brainstorm sessions per day. The counter resets daily. Upgrade to Pro to remove the limit.
What do I get with Pro?
Unlimited brainstorm sessions, your Brain Farm library backed up to your account, PDF, Word and Markdown export, and an AI strategist you can chat with about any idea. Pro is a yearly subscription.
I purchased Pro but it isn't unlocked. What do I do?
Sign out and back in to refresh your account tier. If it's still locked, email us with the address you purchased with and we'll fix it right away.
Where are my brainstorm sessions stored?
With Pro, every brain in your Brain Farm is backed up to your BrainStorm account, so it follows you to a new device and survives reinstalling the app. Without Pro, sessions are not saved at all once you leave the results screen.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and data. You can also email us and we'll delete it for you.
I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen and we'll email you a reset link.
